Contact one of our expert staff at Mellross Homes and we will find a package to suit you. At this stage you can work with our design team to make alterations if you wish to really nail down a design and inclusions that suit you and your budget.
Next we will prepare your building plans, you will exchange on the block and sign the building contract. From here we are ready to submit plans for approval by local council. Once this is done, you can visit our selection consultants who will be able to provide valuable and experienced advice on the selection of all aspects that will reflect your desires and lifestyle and make your house a home.
