Mat brings with him a wealth of knowledge to our team. He has experience with larger city builders and has grown up living and breathing building new homes alongside his father, Darren. Along with being one of our Managing Directors, Mat also works in Sales; assisting clients with designing and planning their new homes, and also works on-site in Construction Supervision.

Tracey is one of our Managing Directors and the head of our Accounts Team. Tracey has been with Mellross Homes since its inception, and along with Darren, has played an integral part of creating and building the business we know and love as 'Mellross Homes' today.

Jacqui moved to Mellross Homes all the way from Melbourne, VIC (but don't hold that against her)! Beginning her career in the Construction Industry as a young, eager 19 year old; Jacqui has amassed an impressive 14+ years working with some of Australia's biggest New Home Builders.

A born and bred Penrith girl, Tash made the move to the Country to pursue her career goals with Mellross Homes. Tash comes from a background in administration across multiple sectors, including commercial construction. Her attention to detail is second to none and her positive attitude is infectious! Tash manages all pre-site and on-site administration, ensuring our clients are well looked after from concept to completion.

After owning and running his own successful Kitchen business for over 20 years, Jody closed the business to pursue his dream of travelling around Australia with his young family. After a year on the road, Jody returned to Young and took on a role within Mellross Homes that nurtures his strong attention to detail and passion in the New Build industry. Jody is an asset to the team with his people management skills and keen eye for detail.
